In my eyes, healing is about being on a journey of seeking and uncovering our true and loving nature, while discovering and letting go of the veils that have gotten in the way of accessing this. I have a passion for working with clients who understand that the mind, body, heart and soul are deeply connected, and are curious about integrating healing from all angles. They know that therapy isn’t about finding answers from someone else, rather it is about having a welcoming and safe space held, while they walk their own path in finding their authentic self.
My approach to therapy is as unique as each client. I draw from many theories and modalities, including holistic wellness, somatic experiencing, breathwork, yoga, sandtray therapy and a creative strengths based approach. My focus is to provide therapy creatively and interactively, with humor, compassion, and authenticity.
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker,
Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator
I have a deep love for travel, exploration, discovery, and curiosity. It has always been an honor to cross paths with other travelers on this journey of life, and I respect the reciprocal impact that we all have on one another.
Through my own healing work, I have gained an understanding of the innate wisdom of my body and the messages that it has for me. As a high sensitive, I spent much of my life feeling overwhelmed and a bit (or a lot) disconnected from myself and the world around me. I believe that I was initially drawn to the study of psychology to better understand my own experiences, which has evolved into a life-long journey of becoming more present, deepening my self love, and letting go of what no longer serves me.
I am incredibly honored to have found a career that I love deeply, and feel that every session I offer is sacred.
My education is in Clinical Social work, and I have been practicing as a therapist since 2010. In the past handful of years, I have been expanding on my work as a therapist and began specializing more in body based healing, with a deep respect for the stories that our bodies have been waiting to tell. I have further studied and received certificates through the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute, Firefly Yoga International., and most recently in breathwork. These modalities have deeply influenced my work in supporting the body to release stress and overwhelm that has been held in the nervous system.
In my personal time I enjoy nature, photography, hiking with my dog, cooking and singing loud in the car on road trips. I am passionate about my continual journey of deepening my own wellness, and have been opening myself up to higher levels of consciousness through meditation, breathwork, energywork and body based healing. I enjoy exploring the healing properties of crystals, stones and essential oils, studying past life regression, playing with oracle cards, and I love to connect with Spirit by looking for signs, symbols and synchronicities.
I don't mind being considered a bit "woo-woo" (in fact, I think that's where the magic happens).
A friend recently said to me: "you are finally coming out of the lightworker closet!", and it appears to be so.

Because he is sure that his thoughts can change his life,
his life begins to change.
Because he is certain that he will find love,
